  2. The company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. In matters related to the protection of personal data, the company can be contacted by email: daneosobowe@kombudgroup.com  or by mail to Kombud Group S.A., Wrocławska Street 10, 26-603 Radom;

  3. Whenever personal data is collected, you will be informed of the purpose, legal basis, and duration of the processing of personal data;

  4. If personal data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

  5. The recipients of personal data may be the Company’s collaborators, as well as entities providing support to the Company on the basis of contracted services or other entities to which the controller entrusts the processing of personal data;

  6. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organization;

  7. You have the right to request access to your personal data from the controller, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing as well as the right to data portability, which will be carried out on the terms in accordance with the GDPR regulation;

  8. You also have the right to object to processing, which may be exercised under the conditions set out in Article 21 of the GDPR;

  9. During the processing of personal data, no decisions regarding you will be made automatically and no profiles will be created, which means that no actions referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR will be taken;

  10. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

  11. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the achievement of the presented purpose each time and without their provision, it is not possible to achieve this purpose.
