  3. Each time when collecting personal data, you will be informed about the purpose, legal basis and period of personal data processing;

  4. when personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

  5. the recipient of personal data may be the Company's co-workers, as well as entities providing support to the Company on the basis of commissioned services or other entities to which the administrator entrusts the processing of personal data;

  6. the controller has no intention of transferring personal data to a third country or to an international organization;

  7. you have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as to request the transfer of data, which will be implemented in accordance with the GDPR regulation;

  8. you also have the right to object to the processing, which may be carried out in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 21 GDPR;
