  3. Whenever personal data is collected, you will be informed about the purpose, legal basis, and duration of the processing of personal data;

  5. The recipients of personal data may be the Company's associates, as well as entities providing support to the Company on the basis of contracted services or other entities to which the administrator will entrust the processing of personal data;

  7. You have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, which will be carried out on the basis of the provisions of the GDPR;

  8. You also have the right to object to processing, which may be exercised on the terms specified in Article 21 of the GDPR;

  9. During the processing of personal data, no decisions concerning you will be made automatically, and no profiles will be created, which means that no actions referred to in Article 22 paragraph 1 and 4 of the GDPR will be taken;

  10. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

  11. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to achieve the purpose presented each time and without providing it, the realization of this purpose is not possible.
