Kazimierz Frąk

Chairman of the Board

Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with the railway. From 2011 to 2021, he served as the president of the management board of Kombud Automation Works S.A. Previously, for over 20 years, he managed the organizational unit responsible for automation and telecommunications, first in the Central District Directorate of the State Railways, then in the General Directorate of PKP, and subsequently in PKP PLK. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Transport at the Kielce-Radom University of Technology in the specialization of railway traffic safety. He also completed postgraduate studies in economics and management at the Warsaw University of Technology and managerial studies at the University of Warsaw, as well as a course in the application of telecommunications in the sectors of stock exchange, banking, and finance in the USA.

Anna Szczygielska

From 2013 to 2023, she served as a board member and director of organizational development and business at Kombud Automation Works. During this time, the company's revenue increased several times. At the same time, the company's employment rose from 140 to over 250 people. The key change was the company's philosophy – from a subcontractor and supplier of construction services, it became a producer of its own digital railway traffic control systems. She is a graduate of Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied at the Engineering College of Copenhagen and Yeungnam University in South Korea. She engages in social, cultural, and charitable activities in the Radom Land.

Artur Szumisz

Member of the management board for operations

A manager with over 20 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, and growth strategy management. He completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk in the Department of Accounting. He is a graduate of studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology in "Managing Infrastructure Projects in Railway Construction." He holds a diploma of vocational studies in Management and an Executive MBA degree obtained through GFKM, University of Gdańsk, IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, Aix-Marseille Université. From 2007 to 2014, he oversaw finance and accounting at an engineering and design company, where he was also responsible for controlling prestigious projects carried out for the aerospace & defense industry, including Goodrich Aerospace and PZL Mielec, a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin. Since January 2015, he has been associated with the PKP PLK group, where he has held positions such as a board member, director of economic and financial affairs, president of the board of PPMT, and later president of the board of Trakcja S.A. as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of AB Kauno tiltai.

Since 2019, he has been the IT project director at Rail-Mil Computers. During this time, he was responsible for implementing Scrum methodology across the company, managing project flow, and organizing work. Previously, he worked as a programmer at Meelogic (now owned by Hitachi) and Tieto. He holds a degree in computer science from the Szczecin University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Computer Science, and also completed postgraduate studies in IT project management at the West Pomeranian Business School.
