A manager with over 20 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, and growth strategy management. He completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk in the Department of Accounting. He is a graduate of studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology in "Managing Infrastructure Projects in Railway Construction." He holds a diploma of vocational studies in Management and an Executive MBA degree obtained through GFKM, University of Gdańsk, IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, Aix-Marseille Université. From 2007 to 2014, he oversaw finance and accounting at an engineering and design company, where he was also responsible for controlling prestigious projects carried out for the aerospace & defense industry, including Goodrich Aerospace and PZL Mielec, a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin. Since January 2015, he has been associated with the PKP PLK group, where he has held positions such as a board member, director of economic and financial affairs, president of the board of PPMT, and later president of the board of Trakcja S.A. as well as a member of the Supervisory Board of AB Kauno tiltai.
Since 2019, he has been the IT project director at Rail-Mil Computers. During this time, he was responsible for implementing Scrum methodology across the company, managing project flow, and organizing work. Previously, he worked as a programmer at Meelogic (now owned by Hitachi) and Tieto. He holds a degree in computer science from the Szczecin University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Computer Science, and also completed postgraduate studies in IT project management at the West Pomeranian Business School.
