Between 2013 and 2023, she served as a member of the management board and director for the development of the organization and business at Zakłady Automatyki Kombud. During this time, the company's revenues increased several times. At the same time, the company's employment grew from 140 to over 250 people. The key was a change in the company's philosophy – from a subcontractor and provider of construction services, Kombud evolved into a producer of its own, digital railway traffic control systems. She is a graduate of Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied at the Engineering College of Copenhagen and Yeungnam University in South Korea. She’s also involved in social, cultural, and charity activities in the Radom region.
